WESTON, CONN Wayne W. Dudley, 57, of Weston, CT passed away on Saturday, March 06, 2010 in his home, surrounded by his loving and devoted wife, Mary Lou, sons, Mathew and Luke, and his "little princess," Jane. Born in New Haven, CT on November 5, 1952, to Marjorie (Watson) Dudley and the late Vernon Dudley, Wayne was raised on the Hill Crest Farm in Guilford, CT with his sister Judy, and brothers Noel and Lyle. He graduated Guilford High School in 1970 and Brown University in 1974. Wayne established and operated W. Dudley, Inc., a home contracting business, for over thirty-two years. He proudly served a group of satisfied customers throughout Fairfield County and his work, always sturdy and true, will be enjoyed long after his passing. He is survived by his beloved wife of thirty-three years, his two sons, daughter, mother, sister, two brothers, and many other loving family members. Wayne's family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, March 11, 2010 in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street from 4:00PM - 8:00PM. His funeral will be held at the conclusion of calling hours, 8:00PM with the Rev. Karen Judd of Mid-Fairfield Hospice to officiate.
