In Loving Memory of Vasiliki Almirakis;

Vasiliki Almirakis, beloved wife, mother, and cherished member of her family, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2026, at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut. She was 72 years old.

Vasiliki was born on September 17, 1954, in Kavala, Greece. In 1974, Vasiliki married the love of her life, Kosta Almirakis, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Together, they settled in Norwalk, CT and opened Kosta Jewelers and built a life centered around family, love, hard work, and devotion.

Vasiliki was a devoted mother to her three children, Christina, Emmanuel, and Nik. Her greatest joy was her family, and she dedicated her life to caring for and supporting the people she loved. Her presence brought warmth to her home, and her love will remain a part of her children’s lives forever.

She will be remembered for her strength, her loving heart and her devotion to her family. Her life may have ended, but the love she gave, the memories she created, and the family she devoted herself to will carry her memory forward forever. May her memory be eternal.
