Sureindran Nadesan

SUREINDRAN NADESAN AKA Suresh of Norwalk, CT
Suresh was born in Singapore on September 7, 1959 to the late Nadesan and Mahaleshimy Renganathan.

He completed his elementary, secondary, and polytechnic education in Singapore. Upon completion of his education, he worked for Singapore Ministry of Defense(MINDEF) as a technical officer for numerous years.

Suresh migrated to the USA in 1986 with his beloved younger brother, Revi, and earned his bachelor’s and master’s in electrical engineering from SUNY Buffalo with honors. He enjoyed playing soccer, badminton, and board games with his beloved little niece, Geeta Sara, and walking. As a loyal Buffalo Bill fan, he would not miss a single game on TV. Suresh loved British and international soccer games.  He was a South Indian movie buff especially Tamil movies and would download animations for his little niece.

From 1994 to 2002, Suresh worked at Wall Street as Database professional. After 9/11, Suresh started working in CT and worked for AIFS till his departure.

Suresh was very industrious, intelligent, confident, compassionate,  and was gifted in solving complex technical problems. Within the family and friends, he was known as IT Guru.

Furthermore, he provided unconditional love and financial support to the family, especially to his mom. Although he was quiet and calm, he was always concerned for the health and safety of his family.

He was a true leader who believed in mentoring and nurturing his team/family members and friends. He was a life-long learner and self-taught in piano and harmonica. Suresh had published a book on SQL Server in the later ’90s.

Since he was born in a food paradise, he loved and enjoyed home-cooked seafood especially crab and fish curry. He was survived by mother, siblings, nephews, and nieces.
