Socorro "Sally" Rodriguez

Socorro “Sally” Rodriguez, age 82, of Manhattan, NY passed away on September 29, 2019.  Sally was born on February 15, 1937 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She was a daughter to the late Miguel Natal and Josephine Rosario.

Sally is survived by her children; son, Frank Rodriguez, and his wife, Arlene, daughter, Maria Cordero and her husband, Fernando, son, Michael Rodriguez and wife, Susan, grandchildren; Melissa Lewkowicz and husband, Jonathan, Rebecca Cordero, Christina Rodriguez, and Charles Rodriguez; and great-grandchildren Elizabeth Lewkowicz, Jonathan Lewkowicz, Jr., Michael Lewkowicz and Matt Lewkowicz.

Sally was a hard-working and dedicated nurse for 30 years and took great pride in her profession.  She loved watching mysteries on tv.  Most of all, she was a caring and loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family.  She will be dearly missed.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Hoyt-Cognetta/Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street, In Historic Norwalk, CT.
