Scott McGovern, age 74, beloved husband of 23 years to Josefina Santos McGovern of Norwalk, passed away on November 30, 2024 at Norwalk Hospital. Scott was born on August 11, 1950 in Manhattan, NY and was the son to the late Peter J. and Phyllis Bien McGovern. He was a most recently employed as a Chef at Stew Leonard's in Norwalk. Services will be private and at the convenience of he family.
