Ronald Lewis Albert Buckley (July 3, 1943 – December 14, 2025)

Ronald Buckley (Ron), a lifetime Norwalk resident, passed on to the next part of his journey on Sunday, December 14, 2025 surrounded by family in his home.

Ron loved family life and served many of this country’s greatest companies such as Raytheon(Tyco) and General Electric Medical Systems Information Technologies as Vice President of Operations. Ron was also Owner of RL Buckley Consulting, a company that along with his wife, Syndi, helped smaller businesses succeed through the application of Lean business techniques. His business accomplishments included:

. Partner of Strategic Leadership Sax Macy Fromm Clifton, New Jersey

. Partner in real estate investment companies

. Ron was the author or co-author of 9 books focused on improving business operations

. Ron served on the Boards and Advisory Councils of many businesses and organizations

. Ron also served the City of Norwalk on the Norwalk Police Department (late 1960s - 1970s)

. Ron was a member of the Knights of Columbus for four decades – Council 41 located in Stamford CT

Ron is preceded in death by his parents Lillian and Charles Stevens and predeceased by his sister, Betty Dunphy (Richard). Ron is survived by his loving wife, Lucinda (Syndi), and his daughter, Candace Lynn Buckley (Nicholas Grassel), grandchildren - Ryan Buckley and Ashley Buckley, as well as his step-grandchildren – Austen Grassel, Kylar Grassel and Amelia Grassel.

Ronald’s services include a wake on Friday, January 2nd at Raymond Funeral Home located at 5 E Wall Street in Historic Norwalk from 4-8 pm. On Saturday, January 3rd there will be a funeral mass at St. Matthew’s Church located at 216 Scribner Avenue in Norwalk at 10:30 am followed by burial at St. John’s Cemetery located at 223 Richard’s Avenue.
