Robert Paradise

Robert J. Paradise age 70, beloved husband of Louise Daly of Norwalk, passed away March 31, 2018 in Norwalk Hospital. He was born in New York, served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and had worked for the Board of Education as a Custodian until his retirement. He was predeceased by his father Lewis Paradise.

Bob’s family gave him the most joy.  He cared deeply for those around him, always having a smile ready no matter the circumstances.  Bob enjoyed spending time at his pool and traveling with his wife.  He was always up for anything, and will be fondly remembered for his consistently upbeat attitude, his love of candy corn, and his unique passion for giving the best directions!

Bob is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 27 years, Louise, his mother Angelica Paradise, his brother Louis Paradise, his son Christopher and his wife Jessica, his son Paul and his wife Kristina, and his grandchildren Kate and Madeline.  He will be missed by all his friends and family.

Friends may greet the family on Thursday from 4:00 till 8:00 pm with an evening service at 7:00pm in Norwalk’s Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street.
