NORWALK, CONN MOTT, RICHARD (1928-2011) Richard Mott (83), U.S. Navy veteran and retired Electrician for IBEW local 3 in New York City, A member of both Free Masons & Eastern Star. Richard Passed away June 9th, 2011 at his Norwalk residence since 1964 following a long battle with cancer. Born May 9, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY to the late James J. and Bertha Knuth Mott. Survived by his wife Lois Hungerford Mott of 61 years. Also survived by his son Richard J. & his wife Dru; Daughter Linda C. & husband Jim Leson; David W. & his wife Sue; Gary S & his wife Renee. Also survived by his five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren; Predeceased by his brother James, survived by two brothers, William & George. Services for Richard will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 11:00AM in the Norwalk United Methodist Church, 718 West Avenue. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to Hospice.
