Nestor Luis Rivera

Nestor L. Rivera, 65, passed away peacefully in his home. Nestor was born, Sept 22, 1958, in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico to Minerva and Lino Rivera.Nestor was brother to Sandra, Johnny, Brenda. Nestor was the father to : Nestor, Luis, Nestali, Lynnette and Marlene. Nestor was grandfather to Joanni , Vianca, Natasha, Nathaniel, Samuel, Julian, Tristian, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Daniella , Gabriella, Jonathan, Haley and David. Nestor was great grandfather to Enzo, Omar and Juliette .

He was a resident of Norwalk, CT. But he had such a love and fascination for the neighboring town of Darien; the States capitol, Washington D.C; and the sunshine state, Florida. Nestor was a free spirit, wandering to the places that made him feel most alive.

Nestor Luis was a very patriotic Republican. Loved all things political. He even made sure to make himself a member so he could make monthly contributions. That is how strong his love for his country was.

Nestor loved hockey, and St. Patrick's day. Nestor was a man with perseverance and in the pursuit of happiness daily in simple pleasures.
