Nancy Phyllis Corbo   1961 - 2022

Nancy Phyllis Corbo of Norwalk, Conn., passed away peacefully at home on October 3, 2022.

Ms. Corbo was born March 9, 1961, in New Rochelle, NY, to Augustina (Tootsie) Mercurio Corbo and Vito D. Corbo, who both pre-deceased her.

Ms. Corbo graduated from the New Rochelle School System and then attended The N.Y. School of Visual Arts in Manhattan where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Advertising and Graphic Arts. She gave up her career as a graphic artist to pursue her passion in animal rescue and care, which she practiced fervently her whole adult life, having cared for and rescued hundreds of animals.

Ms. Corbo leaves her sister, Mary-Ann C. Gugliemella (Joseph), her brother Vito D. Corbo, Jr. (Stefanie), and her two nieces who she adored, Cara Gugliemella (Paul) and Erica Gugliemella (Patrick). She also leaves her fur babies, Sydney and Tashi and many cats, as well as many furry clients, rescues and friends.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on 10:00a to 2:00pm Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street, Norwalk, Connecticut, 06851.
