NORWALK, CONN Moises Miranda III passed away peacefully in his home on August 18. He was only 40 years old. Although his life was short, he loved to the fullest bringing joy to everyone he knew. Moises was born on November 2, 1970, in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and moved to Norwalk, CT in 1972. His passions included art, music and his two favorite ladies, Pamela, his soulmate since they were each 4 years old, and Phoebe, his 3 year old loving daughter. He often referred to them both as "P&P" or "2 P's in a Pod". He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Alexandra Miranda, his beautiful daughter, Phoebe Madison Miranda, his adoring Mom and Dad, Carmen and Moises Miranda, his second parents, Dorothy and Imre (Jimmy) Istvan, and his two brothers and best friends, Fred Miranda and wife, Jeannette, and Jorge Miranda and wife, Molly. He leaves behind a big family and friends spanning around the globe who miss him dearly. Moises could brighten the darkest room with his infectious smile and heartwarming nature. Please keep him alive in your hearts and continue to feel the tender beauty of his love. The Miranda Family invites you to celebrate Moises' life on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street from 4:00PM - 8:00PM - which is right next to the preschool where Moises and Pamela first met 37 beautiful and treasured years ago. His funeral will be held at 10:00AM in the parlor, on Thursday, August 25, 2011. Interment will be held privately. A college fund has been established for Moises' daughter Phoebe for those wishing to contribute in lieu of flowers.
