NORWALK, CONN Mildred L. Peterson of Norwalk passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2010 in her nephew's Norwalk residence. She was 96. Born in Hartford, Conn on September 19, 1913, Mildred was the daughter of the late Carl and Mary Anna (Manson) Carlstrom. Funeral arrangements will be held privately by the family.
