Michael Thomas Rodriguez age 48, of Norwalk, died suddenly on his birthday, September 2, 2013. He was born on September 2, 1965 in Bronx, NY and was a son to the late Thomas and Natalia Lugo Rodriguez. Mike was a self-employed Plumbing Contractor. Survivors include 2 sons, Michael Rodriguez of Easton and Rayshaun Rodriguez of Norwalk; 2 daughters Mariah Rodriguez of Easton and Sharday Samuel-Labady of Norwalk; a brother Robert Rodriguez of East Hartford; 2 sisters, Mayra Zuaznabar of Puerto Rico and Madeline Rodriguez of Bridgeport; Many nieces and nephews as well as his former wife Almita Rodriguez. He was predeceased by a brother Thomas Rodriguez and a sister Marjorie Rodriguez. Friends may greet the family on Sunday September 8, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday September 9, 2013 at 10am in St. Joseph's Church, 85 South Main St. Norwalk. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Norwalk.
