Mary A. Bivona

Mary A. Bivona age 87, wife of the late Thomas V. Bivona of Norwalk, passed away peacefully in her home on June 4, 2014. She was born in England on May 8, 1927 and was a daughter to the late William & Delia Flannery Jenkins. Mary was an Obstetrics Nurse most of her life and later worked at the Darien Senior Living. She is survived by three sons, Steven R. Bivona of Norwalk, John W. Bivona and his wife Wendi of Bethel, Thomas L. Bivona and his wife Cher of Arizona; a sister, Jacqueline Lappin of England; five grandchildren, Christina, Jason, Brian, Emily and Nicholas; a great-granddaughter, Abigail; four nieces & Nephews. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday June 11, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall St. A prayer service will be held @ 7:30 PM.
