It's with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Maria Puig Martinez , a devoted mother, grandmother, cherished wife, and loving friend. She passed away peacefully on May 9, 2025, at the age of 87 surrounded by her daughter Darlene Rauda and granddaughter Crystal Rauda. She was born on 10/17/1937 in Manaťi Puerto Rico.
Maria was know for her love of music. She loved to dance. Salsa , Meringue and a lot of other genres.
A visitation service will be held on Sunday May 25th from 2-6 at Raymond Funeral Home in Norwalk Connecticut.
Her Burial will be held on Tuesday May 27th 2025 at Greenwood Union Cemetery 215 North Street , Rye New York (10580)
We will miss her dearly, but her memory will live on in our hearts forever. Maria was a truly remarkable woman, and we are grateful for the time we had with her.
