Margaret Demartino

Margaret Helen DeMartino died peacefully at Norwalk Hospital on Sept 4, 2017, she was the loving wife of the late Alphonse DeMartino, She was born on June 6, 1920 in Norwalk, to the late John Picanzi and Mary (Nardella) Picanzi, she was predeceased by brothers James, Anthony, Julius and John Picanzi, and sisters Josephine (Forlivio) and Kathleen (Di Meglio) and her son-in-law Al.

Margaret has one surviving sister Mary Coolis in Florida; she is also survived by a son Anthony DeMartino (Lois) in Florida, a daughter Frances DeMartino in Fairfield and a daughter Carole (DeMartino) Kerchansky (Raymond) in Norwalk; six loving grandchildren Sharon O'Hara, (James) Toni Reyes(Reynaldo) Theresa Sinis (Nick) Kimberly Maxfield (Tom) Kristin Cimini (Chad) and Raymond Kerchansky II; great-grandchildren, James, Anthony, Peggy, (Gabriel), Nicky, Tj, Dylan, Tyler and Griffin, and one great great grandchild Alin Reyes in Florida.

A Memorial mass will be celebrated on Sept 8, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima in Wilton burial to follow at St John's Cemetery, Donations may be made to S.S.T.V. c/o Notre Dame Health & Rehab Center, The Family would like to express our gratitude to Norwalk Hospital - 6 East and Vitas Hospice for their kind, compassionate and loving care of Margaret and our Family.
