Our beloved mother, Margaret Ann Davis, entered into Eternal rest on the 4th of July, 2026, passing away peacefully at her home surrounded by the love of her children.
Born in Stamford, CT on July 16, 1935, to Joseph and Elizabeth Connor, she has lived in Norwalk, CT for the past 47 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Arthur Davis, Sr., her beloved husband of 62 years.
She is survived by her children, Arthur Davis Jr and his wife Sharon, Debbie Karwosky and her husband Brian, Kathy Piro and her husband Robert “Bo,” Gloria Raymond and her husband Richard.
She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, all of whom held a special place in her heart; Stephanie Anello, husband Steve, Scott Davis, wife Becky, Brian Karwosky Jr, wife Krista, Eric Karwosky andSamantha Abate, Nicole Karwosky and Brian McCabe, Robert Piro, wife Monika, Michelle Benzi, husband Joe, Krystina Hamilton, husband Larry. She also leaves behind a beautiful legacy of ten great-grandchildren; Abby Anello, Cole, Jaxson and, DylanKarwosky, Shay Karwosky, Dante and Dominck Piro, Joseph and Mia Benzi, and Aianna Hamilton.
She is also survived by her sister Barbara Davis whom she loved very much along with nephews Bobby and Danny Davis.
Margaret’s family was the heartbeat of her life. She loved us all unconditionally, guiding us with boundless strength, endless compassion and unwavering grace. With a special place in her heart for the Blessed Mother, she was a woman whose faith brought many answers to prayer. She will forever remain in our hearts, and we will miss her endlessly.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026,from 8:00am – 10:00am at Raymond Funeral Home, 5 E Wall St., Norwalk, CT with a 10:30am mass to follow at St. Matthews Church, 216 Scribner Ave., Norwalk, CT with burial at St. John’s cemetery in Norwalk.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project or a charity of your choice.
