Manuel Lizardo Morocho, age 69, beloved husband to Teresita de Jesus Pugo Tepan of Norwalk, passed away on December 25, 2020 at Norwalk Hospital. Friends and family are invited to a visitation Sunday December 27, 2020 from 2:00 until 5:00 pm at the Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk. Due to COVID, masks and social Distancing will be required.
