Linda G. Carroll

April 15, 1942 — December 27, 2023

Linda Gaye Carroll (nee Tomko) born April 15, 1942 in New York City. She lived in Norwalk and Wilton for most of her life, spending 2 years at Fort Bragg in North Carolina when William was in the Army. Linda was married to William Carroll on April 2, 1960, until his death in 2017. She was an avid horseback rider, and was a member of the Cutting Club, where she rode her horse in cutting competitions. She and her friends spent many happy hours riding their horses in the Wilton area. Linda loved all animals and cared for her many dogs and cats and horses.

Survivors include; son, Glenn Carroll and his wife, Debbie Wolff; sister, Joanne Mandry and her husband Don Ramesdorfer. Predeceased by her brother Paul Tomko and a son Joseph Carroll.

Friends may greet the family on Wednesday January 3, 2023 from 3:00 till 6:00 pm in the Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 10:30 am at St. Matthew's Church, 216 Scribner Ave, Norwalk. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Norwalk.
