Jose Antonio Hernandez, loving son, brother and father passed away on Saturday May 9, 2015. He was 34 years old, born on December 15, 1981 and was a lifelong Norwalk resident. He is survived by his mother Doris, his stepfather Hubert, his siblings; Sandra & Alan, and his daughter Jocelyn. "Our family will miss him every day but we are so grateful for the time we had." Family and friends are invited to attend the Service on Tuesday May 19, 2015. Visitation from 8:00 to 9:30 AM in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street. A Mass of Cristian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM in St. Matthew's Church, Norwalk. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
