UNIONDALE, NEW YORK John Andrew Payne of Uniondale passed away on Thursday, January 07, 2010 in Norwalk Hospital, following an illness. He was 89. Born in Tarrytown, New York on March 18, 1920, John was the son of the late John Howard and Helen (French) Payne. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII.
