JoAnne Hanna, age 77, of Baiting Hollow Long Island NY, passed away March 27th at Stamford Hospital. She was born November 3, 1937 in Queens, NY, and the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances LoSchiavo. She was a Retired School Administrator in New York. JoAnne is survived by her Son Edward F. Hanna, III and daughter-in-law Maria of Floral Park, Queens, NY and daughter Diane Quick and son-in-law Butch of Norwalk, CT; and grandchildren: Olivia Quick, Samantha and Giuliana Hanna. She is pre-deceased by a daughter Susan Hanna and her husband Edward F. Hanna Jr. Friends are invited to greet the family on Tuesday, March 31st from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street, Norwalk, CT. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 1st at St. Matthews Church, 216 Scribner Avenue, Norwalk and Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Norwalk
