Born in Chittenango, NY on 10/19/1925. Moved to Brooklyn, NY and was hired as a Bookkeeper in the A&P.

There she met Pat De Gennaro,who was the Butcher working there and shortly after married. They were married 42 years. Pat passed in 1988 and she moved a few years later to join her daughter, Joy Skowronski, son in law, Stanley and two grandsons Jeffrey and Donald.

She volunteered at Fox Run School and later became a classroom aide, in addition to being part of the Stonegate Condo Association. She enjoyed her crossword puzzle books, knitting and crocheting and going to Broadway with her daughter.
