Jane "Jayne" M. Hagan

Jayne (Schmitt) Hagan age 96 and longtime resident of Marvin Beach in Norwalk, CT passed away on Saturday the 27th of October 2018 surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Born in Brooklyn, New York on October 31st 1921. Jayne was predeceased by her loving husband John “Jack” Hagan and her sister Evelyn Altman. Jayne is survived by her 3 daughters; Nancy Edwards of Norwalk, Leslie Marasco of Norwalk, and Susan Appleby of Brookfield, 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her caregiver Teakay.

She was employed by Pepperidge Farm for many years and volunteered for 25 years at Lockwood Mathews Mansion. Jayne loved to travel and spending time with her family and friends.

Interment will be private and a celebration of her life will be determined at a later date.
