Lifelong Resident of Norwalk Ida Paxton Piatt age 76, passed away on September 4, 2014 in Norwalk Hospital. She was born on April 26, 1938 and was a daughter of the late John H. Paxton, Sr. & Mary F. Waters. Ms. Piatt was a retired Electrical Assembler for the Translux Corp. She is survived by her loving daughter Debra L. Piatt, granddaughter Noelle K. Cyr; grandson-in-law Norman Hobson and her brother John Paxton, Jr. and several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her sister Mary Frances Mace. Friends may greet the family on Thursday September 11, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street.
