Guadalupe Vega, age 77, passed away on January 3 in Norwalk.
Born December 1, 1948, in Abadiano, Michoacán, Mexico, Guadalupe had a lifelong love for cooking. In 1999, he founded Tacos Mexico, where he worked until retiring and later returning to Mexico.
He was social, genuine, and kind, with a deep love for children and dogs. He enjoyed collecting uniquely shaped wood and visiting casinos. Guadalupe will be remembered for his warm spirit and love for family.
He is survived by his wife, Ninfa Vega; his children Jesus, Christina, and Leonardo Vega; and his siblings Maria del Carmen, Luis, Alicia, y Maria de Jesus Vega y Maria de la Cruz
