RODGERS-Frances (Glenn) Rogers age 89, beloved wife of James Glenn of Norwalk, passed away April 2, 2012 in Norwalk Hospital. Frances was born in Saluda, South Carolina to the late Finnis Denny and Aileen Nichols Denny. She worked many years as a Presser for the Best Ever Cleaners in New Canaan. Frances enjoyed trips to the casino's and fishing in her spare time. Survivors in addition to her husband include, a son, James Glenn, Jr. of Norwalk; a very special nephew, Robert Denny of San Diego, Cal. a step son, James Moore of Norwalk; seven grand children, Dametra Arrington, Michael Glenn, Rodney Masheck, Marlin Glenn, Lisa Duff, Eric Duff and Rod Johnson, as well as thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday April 6, 2012 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home and Crematory, 5 East Wall Street. Norwalk.
