Felice Pagliuso

Felice Pagliuso, 73, of Norwalk, CT passed away on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022 surrounded by his family.  Mr. Pagliuso was born in Sambiase, Lamezia Terme, Calabria, Italy on July 6th, 1949 and was the youngest child of the late Antonio Pagliuso and Giovanna Pullia.

Felice emigrated from Italy on March 13th, 1971 with his loving wife and began his new journey in America as he started his family.  Felice was a professional barber for 49 years, 47 years at Compo Barber Shop and most recently at Westport Hair and Co in Westport, CT. The barber shop was his passion and he took great pride in his profession, even being recognized with awards for men’s hair styling.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Palma Torcasio Pagliuso, daughter Giovanna Pagliuso Apazidis, son-in-law Alex Apazidis,  grandsons Nikolaos and Anthony Felice Apazidis, son Antonio Pagliuso (fiancé Chrisavgi Sourgoutsis), a brother Francesco Pagliuso and several nieces and nephews.  Felice was pre-deceased in death by a brother Antonio, a sister Caterina and nephew Gianfranco Pagliuso.

Felice's happiest role in life was being a grandfather to Nikoloas and Anthony Felice. He found joy in the simple things in life such as family dinners, walks by the beach and playing Italian cards.  He loved classical music and enjoyed going to Italian concerts. Felice's witty humor, sarcastic comments, laughs and smile will be greatly missed.

Calling hours will be 4:00pm-8:00pm on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Raymond Funeral Home. 5 East Wall Street, Norwalk, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Phillips Church, 1 Father Conlin Place Norwalk, CT. Entombment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Norwalk, CT.
