NORWALK, CONN Elinor E. Conti of Norwalk passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2011 in the Westport Healthcare Center following an illness. She was three days shy of her 90th birthday. Born in Norwalk on July 17, 1921, Elinor was the daughter of the late Arthur C. and Bertha I. (Nichols) Mills. Funeral services were held privately and were under the direction of Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street. Hoyt-Cognetta is honored to assist the family with the arrangement.
