Christos Apazidis

Christos Apazidis age 62, passed away on May 27, 2015 in Norwalk Hospital. He was born April15, 1953 in Greece came to the United States in 1975 where he worked as a cook, he was later partners in several food businesses. He was an amazing chef. Survivors include his beloved wife Effie Apazidis; his mother Anatoli Apazidis; his loving children, Anatolia Tsilfides and husband Jimmy, George Apazidis and wife Athena & John Apazidis; his siblings, Avraam Apazidis and wife Linda, Eugenia Kotzageridis and husband Christos; Grandchildren, Yianni and Eleni Tsilfides; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and godchildren Friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, (today) from 7:30 to 9:30 PM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 238 West Rocks Rd. Norwalk. Funeral Service will be on Saturday 1:30 PM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Norwalk. The Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street has been entrusted with arrangements.
