Chris Barry Pascariello, born in Norwalk, CT to Erika and Fred Pascariello, passed away peacefully at the age of 61 on April 6, 2025.
Chris was a highly accomplished stonemason, working with his father Fred for most of his young life. His knowledge of masonry was seemingly limitless, and his ability to fix things was also unbounded. He took great pride in his work.
His passions in life included cars and sports, with the latter being what kept his attention for the later part of his life. He loved baseball, basketball, football, boxing, billiards, bowling, hockey, and his competitiveness always showed whenever he, himself, competed in any sort of competition, sports-related or not.
With a tough exterior and strong mentality, many could have mistaken him for confrontational, when he was in fact, one of the most caring people one could ever meet. His generosity was without question, always thinking of others and making people laugh with his quick wit and views of the world. He was loved by many, and he would go through any length to help anyone whom he considered his friend.
Chris is survived by his only son, Anthony, his girlfriend, Faye, and preceded in death by his parents, Erika and Fred. He was an incredibly loving father, a cherished son, a wonderful friend, and his loss will be felt by many. Thank you to all who loved and spent time with Chris; his time with you all was appreciated more than words can describe.
Friends are invited to a Memorial Celebration of Chris' life on Saturday April 12, 2025 from Noon till 3:00 pm at the Raymond Funeral Home, 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk. Please visit www.Raymond.Care to leave an online condolence for the family.
