Carolynn Cozzolino

Carolyn Cozzolino, 80, of Norwalk, CT passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 6, 2020 with her loving family by her side .  Carolyn was born on December 12, 1939 in Worcester, Massachusetts and was the daughter of Francis and John Bacinskas.

Anthony George Cozzolino was her best friend, partner in life, and loving husband of 62 years. Mrs. Cozzolino is survived by her loving son Anthony and his wife Jodi who reside in Schenectady NY. Carolyn also has a loving sister, Elaine and Ted DeFelix from Largo FL. Mrs. Cozzolino is survived by eleven nieces and four nephews.

In memory of my Mother. “My Mom was a dynamic, compassionate, and strong person.

I remember so many wonderful things about her, making sure my friends were over all the time growing up. Summer trips to Maine and Puerto Rico with her, exploring and learning from her. Her love of math, tutoring my friends and younger family members made her so happy and content. Even to recent times when it was difficult to find the highest level Sudoku or Kakuro book she has not already solved! Helping me, teaching me and guiding me to be the best type of person I can. I will miss her, cherish her and am so very proud to be her son. She will always be in my thoughts and prays. She will always guide me, I love her as deeply as any son loves his Mom.”

A celebration of her Life Mass will be scheduled at St. Mathews in early summer 2021. Date to be announced.
