Carlos Horacio Galeano, a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, went to The Lord on June 8, 2026, in Danbury, CT, at the age of 92.Born in Fredonia, Colombia, his greatest happiness came from his strong Catholic faith, his generosity, and his time spent with his family and friends. He enjoyed giving his time, talent, and treasure to his neighbors and his surrounding community. Carlos is survived by his wife, Magdalena, and his nine children; Héctor Mario, Jesús Emilio, Jorge Horacio, Luz Adriana, Carlos Arturo, Hernán Dario, Diego Alberto, Sergio, and Natalia Andrea. He is also survived by three brothers (Gustavo Adolfo, Raúl Eduardo, Jorge Iván), his sister (Luz Marina), 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate his Memorial Mass on Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 10am at St. Philip Catholic Church in Norwalk, CT. In lieu of flowers or planting a tree, the family prefers cards sent to them via the link below.

También le sobreviven tres hermanos (Gustavo Adolfo, Raúl Eduardo y Jorge Iván), su hermana (Luz Marina), 11 nietos y 3 bisnietos.Familiares y amigos están invitados a reunirse para celebrar la Santa Misa fúnebre el viernes 12 de junio de 2026 a las 10:00 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica St. Philip, en Norwalk, CT.En lugar de flores o de plantar un árbol, la familia prefiere recibir tarjetas de condolencias a través del siguiente enlace.
