Betsy Graveline 1953 - 2023 Betsy Graveline, 70, of Trumbull, CT, passed away on September 3, 2023. She was born on May 13, 1953, in Port Chester, NY, to Lawrence A. Knowlton, Sr. and Winifred D. Knowlton (Jennings). Betsy, also known as Betsy J. Graveline, had a fulfilling career in the credit union industry. She dedicated her time and efforts to various credit unions, ultimately retiring from Sikorsky Credit Union in Stratford. Betsy's expertise and dedication made a lasting impact on the industry. In her free time, Betsy enjoyed a variety of hobbies. She was an avid video gamer, finding joy in exploring virtual worlds. Betsy also had a deep love for cats and cherished their companionship. Square dancing was another one of her passions, as she found joy in the lively rhythms and community spirit of the dance. Above all, Betsy valued her family and cherished spending time with them. Betsy leaves behind a loving circle of family and friends. She is survived by her sister, Winifred C. Stroup, and her brother, Lawrence A. Knowlton and wife Laurel J. Knowlton, and Kathleen A. Knowlton, all of Maine and Karen B. DuPona of ND. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Diane W. Knowlton of Burnham, ME. Betsy will be deeply missed by her 6 nieces, 4 nephews, 2 grandnieces, and 5 grandnephews. Betsy was preceded in death by her sister, Mary E. Potter, of RI, and her brother, Warren L. Knowlton, of Maine. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Neale Graveline. A gravesite service will be held to honor and remember on Friday September 8th at 1:00 pm directly at Riverside Cemetery in Norwalk.  Betsy's warm presence, dedication to her work, and love for her family and hobbies will forever be cherished by those who knew her. May she rest in peace.
