Anupam Hooja

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, a devoted husband, and a cherished friend to many. Anupam Hooja, born on February 13, 1946, departed from this world on August 17, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, cheerful memories, and distinguished careers in management consulting, entrepreneurship and education.

He will be sorely missed by our mother Anu Hooja, his children Rajat and Sunaina, his grandchildren Nikhil, Zachariah and Dominic; and a myriad of relatives, cousins and friends in the US, India and other countries of residence. He is now with our deceased sister Kavita.

Anupam’s insatiable love of reading is prompting us to suggest donations in his name to the Ferguson or a Library of choice.

Cremation services for immediate family will be held at CT Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave. in Stamford at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 21st. All are invited to their residence to visit from 1:30 PM onwards. Family also welcomes all to stop in after 5:30 PM any day. The Raymond Funeral Home in Historic Norwalk has been entrusted with arrangements.
