Antoinette Denunzio

Antoinette C. DeNunzio, 88, of Stamford, CT passed away peacefully April 18, 2021.  She was born on February 3, 1933 in Stamford, CT to the late Nicholas Cavalieri and Lucietta "Lucy" DelMastro Cavalieri.

Antoinette was predeceased by her loving husband, Julian DeNunzio, and her sister Grace Imbrogno, brothers-in-law John DeNunzio and Pat Scarfone.

She enjoyed socializing with her friends, going out on Saturday mornings for breakfast with her lady friends (the "Breakfast Club"), and cooking Italian meals for her family and friends.

Antoinette is survived by her loving children: Sharon (Frank) Bartolo, Patricia (Charles) Clifford, and Bruce DeNunzio (Maureen Milano).  She is also survived by her four grandchildren: Nicholas Bartolo, Brittany Clifford Hard (Jamie), Andre DeNunzio, and Ilya DeNunzio, and a great-grandchild: Margot Hard.  Antoinette is survived by her loving sister Edie (George "Robert") Goodall, her brother-in-law Nicholas Imbrogno, and her sister-in-law Theresa Scarfone.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held for Antoinette on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, 10:00am at the Hoyt-Cognetta/Raymond Funeral Home located at 5 E. Wall Street, Norwalk, CT , followed by a funeral mass at St. Matthew Church located at 216 Scribner Avenue, Norwalk, CT at 1:30pm .  For your safety and the safety of others, please wear a mask and practice social distancing while in attendance.
