Anthony "Tony" Danzey

Anthony “Tony” Danzey, 59 of West Haven, Connecticut passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021. He was born in Headland, Alabama on November 21, 1961 to Tonnie Lee Sanders of Cocoa Beach, FL and Joan Harris of Headland, Alabama.

He is survived by his wife Tracey of 20 years; two daughters, Nicole (Nikki) of Charlotte, NC, Netania of Snellville, GA, a son Tanner of West Haven, CT, and a grandson Caleb of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Kim Harris of Connecticut and Monica Humphries of North Carolina; a lifelong friend John (Chrissy) Bryan who he considered as a brother; three uncles, Earl Sanders of Orlando, FL, Jimmy Sanders of West Palm Beach, FL, Reverend Don Sanders of Richmond, VA; three aunts, Katie Granger of Dothan, AL, Joan Sanders of Los Angeles, CA and Lanette Sanders of Rockledge, FL; nieces Ashley, Amber and Krysila. He was predeceased by his grandparents Robert and Ruth Danzey of Headland, AL.

Tony’s heart beat to music, his drive came by way of cars and motorcycles, his purpose was anchored in kindness and love with his joy being his family—his heart belonging to his “baby girl”, and his strength residing in his son.
