Adrienne L. Koziolkowsky (Ferracci, Md)

Koziolkowsky, (Ferracci) MD-Adrienne L. Koziolkowsky, (Ferracci) MD age 46, beloved wife of Peter Koziolkowsky of Norwalk, died January 7, 2013 in Yale New Haven Hospital. Survivors in addition to her husband include her devoted mother Dolores Ferracci; her three cherished children, Peter, Sam and Meghan; a brother Donald Ferracci and two sisters, Theresa Meyers and Nancy Ferracci and a loving niece. Friends may greet the family on Friday January 11, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm in Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 12, 2013 at 1:30 pm directly in Our Lady of Fatima Church, 229 Danbury Road, Wilton.
